I am looking for a full time virtual assistant who is capable of working for me 5 days a week for 8 hours a day. This is not a by project position, hourly position, it is a salaried position. You’ll be paid weekly via paypal and your first two weeks by freelancer. You could determine that the first two weeks are a “trial” period. The bid that you make is your first two weeks of agreed trial basis.
For instance, your bid is $[url removed, login to view] than that is the salary rate for the first two weeks of work. THIS IS FOR A TRIAL PERIOD and This is a for FULL TIME position. When you’ve proven yourself after the two weeks the salaried position is a negotiated per week, so a monthly rate per month will be set for the right candidate, and you will be paid ever FRIDAY. It is your choice what your salary will for the first two weeks.
The IDEAL candidate for this position should have the following skills:
*Ability to communicate on a daily basis throughout the duration of the work day.
*Know EXCELLENT English. Must either be a native speaker, or you must know English as if you were.
*Be knowledgeable in Word Press blogs such as; uploading articles, appropriate tags & keywords, pinging search engines, etc.
*Be capable of writing up to three articles per day of approximately 400-500 words in length and manage the blogs that they are linked to.
*Be capable of writing (rewriting) articles quickly and efficiently without the use of software.
*ALL ARTICLES MUST PASS COPYSCAPE – SUBMITTING UP TO THREE ARTICLES THAT DO NOT PASS IS IMMEDIATE TERMINATION!
*Have a general understanding of internet marketing, promoting products, etc.
*Familiar with SEO techniques is a plus
*Also willing to do promotional campaigns for literary work.
*Investigate information when asked.
*You must be able to send a summary of your work every day before your day has concluded. This should be a brief comprehensive summary of your activities.
*You should have word & excel on your computer.
*Samples of writing ability is a plus but no attachments, they will not be opened.
*Be able to screen other prospective temporary employees for short term projects and communicate with me after the project is completed and money handling. (Money handling is a big responsibility and if any unethical practices are detected you will lose your job immediately)
* I DO NOT WANT SOMEONE WHO IS GOING TO “OUTSOURCE” THE WORK THAT I GIVE YOU. DOING THIS WILL RESULT IN NON-PAYMENT OF YOUR TIME!
*There is a SPECIFIC schedule that will change in 2-3 months. You are to be online by 10:00 am HK time and you’re off by 9:00 pm HK time. Before you take this position please note that your schedule may change by June 2010 that will require you to be online from 10:00 AM Pacific Standard Time USA until 9:00 pm PST USA.
