Upload products to Google Shopping

I need a google savvy professional to help me set up and show me how to upload my products to google shopping. Tried it myself, but I keep failing. We will be using excel and converting the files to comma delimited text to upload. The task will include some data if you decide to do that for additional payment. We will decide the amount if you wish to do so after we complete the initial phase of the project, which is to successfully upload to google.
