PayPerClick, SEO, SEM Partner Needed to Promote eCommerce Website - Commision Based Job

I need a person experienced in SEO, SEM and PayPerClick to drive targetted traffic to our website in exchange for a 3% commision on ALL gross sales. Our website has close to 20,000 products - all top name lighting brands, we ship within the US and Canada and all products are very competitively priced. The site is Magento based, more than 2 years old, has had some SEO done in the past (articles, link building on page) so sales are already coming in through organic search! Our per month goal is to drive $30,000 in gross sales within 6 months and need a great SEO with a track record to help us accomplish this and make great residual income in the process. Tasks: In-depth Keyword analysis Off page/On Page SEO (White hat only) Set up and manage our Google Adwords account (starting at $500 per month and growing at a rate of 10% of gross monthly sales) Monthly reports required I am a full time SEO so I know the potential of well run campaign.
