- URLs must be live as soon as you create them
- One-way manual links.
- Must be from www, No sub-domains
- Links must be permanent and static HTML. You agree to replace any links which are removed within 6 months after placement.
- Link pages and our text links must be visible, readable, index-able and do-follow.
- Linked sites must be search engine friendly, established and fully active.
- Pages must be indexed and cached by Google, Yahoo and Bing within last 30-60 days
- Domains must be from different IP addresses and different Class-C IP addresses.
- Prefer high ranking Alexa sites.
- No article directories, link farms, forums, spam sites, web rings or adult sites, or link directories.
- We reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable.
- Links that are not approved will have to be replaced by service provider.
- Maximum 50 Links submitted per day
- The page where you will put my link should not have more than 50 external links! (VERY IMPORTANT)
- I will provide you with the keyword for the anchor text and corresponding URL for each backlink (Some of them are Indonesian words)

- No scraped content, mirror sites, orphaned link pages, link schemes and sites overrun with contextual ads, popups, ads, sponsored links, intrusive advertising, classified sites, labeled links, etc.
- No adult websites or with illegal content
- No pages with more than 50 external links on them! (this is very important).
REPORTING
You will need to produce a daily report with the following: (dailly report must )
1. URL of page where link is located.
2. Google PR of the page where my link is located.
3. Anchor Text used for the link.
4. IP of link page.
VERIFYING:
I will verify All links are DoFollow and that the Anchor text is correct
I will verify the domain PR of each website
I will verify that the pages where the link is present are publicly viewable (viewable without registration) and Indexed in Google
PAYMENT:
Full amount milestone will be put but only released only after complete PR4+ links is done, reported, and verified
No payment if you use black hat or Grey hat tactics
No payment if links are not PR4+ or not Permanent Links
