Looking for a virtual assistant who has a good command of the English Language and well experienced in Marketing. The role will require someone to research appropriate online pages and directories and obtain pricing and layout information.
Another duty of this position is the follow up of leads, by providing follow up information, and documenting responses. The role will also require someone to have a high attention to detail and organisational skills to be able to follow up with clients on product reordering dates as well as reminders for clients to submit information. This information is to be recorded in confidential files which contains personal information, so discretion and confidentiality is a must.
