We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to help with our business.
We need you speak spanish
task:
help to our Operations dept. due to customer base increasing .
we will provide training (not paid).
MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
1.- Required to manage MS Outlook 2007-2010 (no outlook express, windows mail etc.. )
Functions: set up email accounts, notifications, alerts, Search etc , Let us know what is currently your MS Outlook experience: what can you do with Outlook ?
2.-Excel required.
3.-basic FTP skills. create FTP accounts, upload and download files and folders, create folders,...
4.-Skype and MSN for communication. we need to have you available when you are logged. SKYPE is ESSENTIAL. Let us know if you have skype.
5.-Only Spanish speaking people BUT required English writing-reading skills for communication.
6.-SCHEDULE:if you are in America we require you to work in your MORNING TIME. This is ESSENTIAL, since we are based in Spain. So if you live in Argentina you will need to log in at 8:00 and say hello in Skype.
7.- VERY IMPORTANT: FAcebook and Twitter , so taht you can publish in our accounts.
we need you to work in a task for 20 hours in the next week.
when you make the bid have in the BID OR AT PMB your answer or comments about ALL 7 requirements. let us know if you meet ALL ONE BY ONE.
Only Spanish speaking people, but required English writing skills for communication.
PAyment: 3.5$ per hour: MAKE YOUR BID for 20 hours, at 3,5 $ per hour:70$ : So make the bid around 70$. Do not bid for more than that, or your bid will be removed automatically. So dont bid for a whole month, or at 4$ per hour etc .
Show in your bid why you would be a good election for us, latest projects done, etc.
