Persian-Themed Spa Design

I'm looking for a talented interior and architectural designer who can help me improve a Revit file and floor plan for a spa with a Persian theme. The project requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to incorporate specific design elements. Key Requirements: - Adjust the floor plan layout. - Enhance the 3D model accuracy. - Incorporate specific Persian design elements. - design and add furniture, decor, lighting, and wall finishes. I have the Revit file and floor plan, but they need to be improved. You will also need to make some changes to the interior design and floor plan based on the requirements provided. Please CAREFULLY read the file with all the details (spa program requirement PDF). I will also add an example from the previous year that my professor has provided us. The ideal candidate should be advanced with Revit and have experience in both interior and architectural design. You will need to create designs in Revit based on pictures that I will provide. I need someone good with communicating as I will need to keep in contact with you consistently to tell you which parts of the design need to be fixed or added to. Within the design, I want to only have neutral colors and the material of wood as it already has these components. The spa should incorporate: - Traditional Persian patterns - Persian art and murals - Persian-style furniture The project deadline is November 15th, 2024. I would appreciate an earlier completion if possible.
