I'm seeking a skilled interior designer to create a modern layout and floorplan for a multi-functional office space. The office will need to accommodate: - Open plan desking for up to 12 staff - Small meeting room for 4 people - brainstorming/collaborative space/railway carriage - 2 quiet room 'pods' for individual focus work - Board room for 14 - Space to demonstrate products - 15m x 10m. possibly doubles as canteen/wellbeing space - Communal canteen / staff wellbeing space - Space needs to facilitate hosting of customer visits, utilising the board room, and hospitality refreshments Key aspects of this project include: - Incorporating modern and minimalistic design principles to promote simplicity and functionality - Creative ideas that maximise the use of space and facilitate different zones without feeling cramped or losing flow. - A wow reception that supports the brand message and tells the company story and history, flowing to customer meeting space (board room) and showroom areas - 3D modelling, Visual walk through, Colour schemes and mood board options, Corporate identity Ideal candidates should have: - A strong portfolio in modern office designs and floorplans - Experience designing multi-functional office spaces - A keen understanding of using creative - Excellent communication skills to understand and translate my vision into reality Current floorplan drawings can be provided.
