I'm seeking an architect proficient in creating layouts and 3D renderings for an industrial Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) structure. Key Requirements: - Design a comprehensive architectural layout that includes storage areas and office spaces - Incorporate landscaping elements - Develop detailed elevation, internal layout, and drawings - Incorporate accessibility features for individuals with disabilities. - Ensure the design complies with local safety regulations and codes. - Plan and include heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. - Design a comprehensive lighting layout that maximizes natural light and energy efficiency. - Develop a detailed plumbing layout including water supply and drainage systems. - Include fire safety plans such as sprinkler systems and emergency exits. - Integrate sustainability measures like rainwater harvesting and waste management systems. - Provide interior fit-out options that align with the minimalist design theme. - Provide detailed specifications for materials to be used in the construction. - Include energy efficiency features such as solar panels and insulation in the design.
