Your core focus will be to own every stage from client brief to hand-over, keeping designers, vendors, and site teams aligned while ensuring the numbers stay healthy. Key responsibilities • Client communication – schedule visits, record requirements, issue progress updates • Overseeing design implementation – translate drawings into actionable site tasks, track quality and timelines on-site • Budget management – monitor spend against the agreed estimate, flag variances early and secure client approvals You will work on multiple sites at once, so proven experience juggling several interior fit-outs, strong vendor networks in Thrissur, and the confidence to take decisions independently are must-haves. I operate on transparent milestones: an agreed percentage is released when design is frozen, another on mid-way quality check, and the balance at final completion.
