We're seeking a talented Architect with a strong background in modular housing design to enhance our innovative team. Our factory specializes in affordable, energy-efficient modular homes constructed with durable materials such as metal SIP panels. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our designs meet high standards of functionality, aesthetics, and safety. Key Responsibilities: - Develop architectural designs for our modular homes that align with our mission of affordability, energy efficiency, and durability - Produce clear, detailed construction documents and specifications - Optimize designs for factory processes and swift on-site deployment - Integrate ADA compliance and sustainable practices into all designs Ideal Skills and Experience: - Extensive experience in modular housing design is a must - Proficiency in creating detailed construction documents - Strong collaborative skills, particularly in working with engineers - Deep understanding of ADA compliance and modular adaptability - Commitment to designing energy-efficient, durable homes Your expertise will be instrumental in developing homes that cater to diverse needs and promote inclusivity.
