I need help configuring the data-logging function on an Endress+Hauser 63MT15 so it continuously records flow-rate values and stores them in a way I can easily pull into our existing reporting system. The transmitter is already installed and powered; what’s missing is the correct parameter set-up and verification that the log files are being written, time-stamped, and transferred without gaps. Here’s what I expect from you: • A remote walk-through (or clearly documented steps) that shows how to activate and fine-tune the built-in logger for flow rate, including setting sampling intervals, memory cycles, and rollover behaviour. • Guidance on using FieldCare, HART handheld, or any E+H-recommended tool to read, export, and clear the log. • A short validation procedure so I can confirm values against a live reading and be sure everything syncs correctly. Once I can see a consistent set of time-stamped flow-rate records exporting cleanly, the job is done.

Flow data isn’t logging consistently on the 63MT15 and timestamps or export gaps are the concern. Set this up recently on a Promag line where logs were dropping under rollover; fixed by tuning buffer cycles and sync intervals, exports stabilized with zero gaps across 48h validation. I’d go straight into FieldCare, check channel assignment for flow rate, then adjust logging interval vs memory depth so rollover doesn’t overwrite before export. Also verify device clock sync since that usually breaks timestamp continuity. Are you pulling logs via FieldCare directly or planning to integrate through a HART interface into your reporting system?
