Instructional Design AI Trainer

I’m looking for an experienced Instructional Designer who has already crafted engaging learning experiences across K-12, Higher Ed and the fast-paced EdTech world. Instead of grinding through video production, you’ll guide our platform, Kplor, so it can do that heavy lifting for you. Your day will revolve around training the AI: feeding it clear, well-structured storyboards (only verbal, not illustrations), breaking complex ideas into logical, absorbing learning flows, and iteratively testing the output so the system keeps getting smarter. Because the goal is better automation, there’s no editing timeline, animation queue or repetitive production cycle waiting for you here—just the chance to shape how educational videos are created at scale. Key deliverables • Convert video into structured text • Improve how Kplor generates educational videos • Annotated concept breakdowns that highlight pacing, tone and pedagogical intent • Exploratory feedback reports that show how each batch improved the model’s performance Familiarity with modern L&D practices, cognitive load theory and a collaborative, experiment-first mindset will help you thrive.
