Current Status - 300+ followers - Goal: 10,000+ quality followers within 12 months Content Topics - Startups & Entrepreneurship - Business & Case Studies - IIT Bombay Life - Productivity & Career - Behind-the-scenes of building my journey Your Responsibilities I send you raw videos—you handle everything else. - Edit reels with high retention - Add captions, B-roll, sound effects & motion graphics - Design thumbnails/covers - Write engaging captions - Research hashtags & SEO - Schedule posts - Manage comments & DMs (where required) - Analyze insights weekly - Suggest viral content ideas - Continuously test and improve growth strategies What I'm Looking For - Proven experience growing Instagram pages - Strong video editing skills - Understanding of the Instagram algorithm - Creative storytelling and content strategy - Ability to work independently and take ownership Success Metrics - 10K+ targeted followers in 12 months - Consistent growth in reach and engagement - High-quality audience interested in startups and business - Regular posting without me having to manage the account Compensation Fixed: ₹12,000–₹20,000/month (based on experience) Performance Bonuses - ₹5,000 when we reach 5K followers - ₹15,000 when we reach 10K followers - Additional bonuses for viral reels (100K+ views) and exceptional growth To Apply Send me: 1.
