INSPECTION OF CRUSHER EQUIPMENT – DUQM PORT 1. PURPOSE This notice serves to mandate a re-inspection of the crusher equipment currently held at Duqm Port. A prior inspection has already been conducted for this unit. However, the equipment sustained damage during sea transportation. Consequently, a new, thorough inspection is required to formally assess its current physical and operational condition. 2. INSPECTION LOCATION Venue: Duqm Port, Sultanate of Oman. Logistical Note: Please be advised that the port is located approximately 500 kilometers from Muscat. Inspectors and stakeholders must factor in significant travel time when planning their arrival. 3. ACCESS & SECURITY REQUIREMENTS (CRITICAL) To obtain the mandatory entry permit for access to the restricted customs area of Duqm Port, the attending inspector must submit the following documentation to the port authorities in advance: A.
