Influencer Specialist for Hair/Wig Brand Luvme

Job Title: Influencer Business Development (BD) Specialist – Hair/Wig Brand (Luvme) Job Overview We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Influencer Business Development Specialist to support our influencer marketing efforts for Luvme, a fast-growing 100% human hair wig brand. This role focuses on identifying, outreaching, and managing collaborations with influencers across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Key Responsibilities Identify and recruit suitable influencers (micro to mid-tier) aligned with our brand positioning Conduct outreach via email, DM, and influencer platforms Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, and pricing (CPM-driven mindset preferred) Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns (from outreach to content delivery and posting) Coordinate product selection and shipping with influencers Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals Track campaign performance (views, engagement, conversion, etc.) Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators Requirements Proven experience in influencer marketing, BD, or social media outreach Strong understanding of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Familiar with beauty, hair, or wig industry (preferred) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Result-oriented with awareness of ROI / CPM / conversion metrics Ability to manage multiple creators and deadlines simultaneously Fluent in English (written & spoken) Payment Structure (Performance-Based) Earn $20–$30 per confirmed influencer collaboration The more creators you secure, the more you earn (no upper limit) Opportunity for long-term cooperation and increased rates based on performance
