Hey, I’m guessing you’re working on some kind of IoT electronics. Do you have a 3D printer? I can design a case that can be printed using, for example, PLA or PET-G. The panel would be attached with heated glue. The antenna can go inside; it won’t get in the way. Hey, I think your requirement is to design an enclosure for 3D printing that meets both practical and functional requirements. I have 2 years of experience; I work as an enclosure designer, and my current role is as follows. - Clarify about the client's requirement - Discuss with the team how the device will be used. - Decide the PCB shape and where the functional components must be placed. - The step file for PCB will be handed over within two weeks. - Start prototyping with initial design. - Discuss with the client and finalize the design. - Order component and required fasteners and start batch production with 3D printing. Since you have your PCB ready, there would be no need to discuss the shape. But I still need more detailed requirements for your PCB.
