Detailed Model + Render of a Custom Teardrop Travel Trailer

I'm building a composited photoshop illustration of a wooded camping scene, and to complete it I need a detailed model and 3 final renders of a towable teardrop travel trailer according to my exact design. This will be a work-for-hire, and I'll own all the working and final files created, since it's my design it's being built from. I'll provide a work-for-hire contract to sign before work begins.

The final render will be on a white background, with an outline channel. I'LL PROVIDE DETAILED SIDE, TOP AND BACK VIEWS IN THE VECTOR FORMAT OF YOUR CHOICE, to make sure the exact dimensions are followed. I'll specify colors, materials and illustrations of specific door handle, luggage rack and D-Ring hardware to model for it. I'll also provide sketches of the camera angles I need for the three views. and the photo I'm compositing it into for reference.

This model doesn't require a lot of complicated compound curves, as it's a basic extruded tube from my specific shape of the side, but it will have 2 doors, 2 windows, mouldings, tail lights, diamond plate bumper wrap, frame, tires, etc. on it though.

My goal is to provide detailed info and vector files to get it looking exactly as I've drawn it for the best price, and I want someone who can do this accurately with no sloppiness for a very realistic final render.

I'll need the final model provided in format(s) that can be read by 3DS Max, Blender, Modo and Maya.
