I need a concise, board-ready sales diagnostic playbook—plus a matching executive-level sales process—tailored to senior leaders in private equity–backed firms. The finished playbook should live in a polished Word document and weave together three pillars: real-world case studies that resonate with PE operators, clear sales strategies framed for C-suite decision-making, and performance metrics that make it easy to benchmark “what good looks like” at a glance. Alongside the playbook, I want an executive sales process map that zeroes in on closing strategies and a robust diagnostic framework.
