Professional Portrait Photo Retouch

I have a single portrait that needs a clean, polished finish and I’m looking for someone who can turn it around as soon as possible. The main tweaks are straightforward but need a careful touch in Photoshop (or your preferred pro-level editor): • Soften the existing back-light so it feels gently diffused—no harsh glow and definitely not removed altogether, just a subtle, flattering halo. • Remove the white writing on the shirt and blend in a solid colour that perfectly matches the surrounding fabric so it looks as though nothing was ever printed there. • Supply a final high-resolution file that holds sharpness when printed at 12" × 12" (ideally 300 DPI, RGB and CMYK versions). Send the finished image along with a brief note on the steps you took or layers used, so I can make minor tweaks later if needed. I’m ready to award quickly and would like the first proof today if possible.
