We are a band based in North Carolina and are looking to make an instrumental of ours into a cool music video that centers around an awesome comic book. We do not have a story board as we are looking for an artist to have creative freedom around our 5min instrumental's theme. The theme is unity between adversaries against a common enemy. Our budget is $800.00 for a fully illustrated, colored comic with dialogue. The music video we would shoot would be a downward shot of someone flipping through the pages of the comic book along with closeups. The book would need to have at least 8 pages as well as a simplistic cover. Our goal is to use this in our promo for shows and to have the comic book printed available for purchase. We think its a super cool idea and we think you might be the super cool artist to help us. We are comfortable with half up front and half when its finished. The soonest we could put our down payment would be September 1st 2018. Right now we are looking for people who might be interested in our idea. Hi sirs, I read your project and really like it, then I saw you say your budget is only $800 and I have to say is low for a quality outcome. Then I hear your song and wow, I love it. So I set here my offer, you talk about 8 pages, that will mean close to 37 seconds per images, that will be boring unless the illustration have some sort of progressive motion, or if is shown in parts until being complete. Actually my offer is too low for the rates I normally charge, but again I love the song and kinda already start to seeing it in my mind.
