Hello, I need an artist that knows how to draw and paint in different ways. I DO NOT want someone that is JUST a digital artist. Please look at the uploaded images so you have a basic and general idea of what I want. I also want someone based in the USA or Canada. Must speak, write, read and understand English, I have very specific instructions and the person must be able to read through these instructions and follow them exactly. I am very happy to negotiate price (fixed) as long as the person CAN do what I ask, as I ask and can provide an excellent final product. I can provide more details when asked.
