I can show u sample. 1) What are the tube specs and print constraints: exact print area and diameter, substrate (laminate Alu vs PE), print method (silkscreen/flexo/digital), ink count, spot/Pantone usage, white underprint/varnish, and minimum positive/negative line weights? 2) For the icon system, do you prefer monoline or filled geometry, target stroke weight at final print size, corner radius style, grid size, minimum legible size, and whether category color-coding (Skincare/Woundcare/Footcare/Beautycare) is allowed? 1) Build a master .ai with: Symbols for each icon, Global Swatches (linked Pantone + CMYK fallback), Graphic Styles for strokes/corners, clean Layer structure (Tube/Cap/Highlights/Icons), and Asset Export slices. Deliver two print-safe sets: spot-color (with trapping/overprint) and CMYK, all strokes expanded at final scale. 2) Model realistic tube lighting using vector-safe methods: cylindrical specular highlight via blends/opacity masks (no raster), then test curvature distortion by mapping art to a 3D revolve or Envelope Warp at the tube’s true diameter.
