Courtroom Sketch

I need a courtroom sketch done clearly depicting two specific individuals in a courtroom setting. Photographs of the two individuals are attached. The sketch must be done in color and in the manner of a typical courtroom sketch. The sketch must depict the following scene: An attorney (see "attorney" attachment) is cross-examining a witness on the stand, while the second individual (see "litigation support" attachment) is standing behind the counsel table, operating a small copy machine/scanner while watching the attorney. The scene should depict other elements of a courtroom, including an audience or perhaps even other attorneys or courtroom staff. I have attached an example of a scene that would be appropriate (see "courtroom" attachment), although you have some discretion here.
The sketch must have a specific caption at the bottom, preferably within a ribbon banner as follows: "Mr. Griffin exposes the sham as Litigation Support readies the exhibits."
The sketch can be done as an actual painted/drawn piece or in electronic form. If drawn/painted it must be 12 inches by 16 inches in size, and if created in electronic form, it must be of a high enough quality that a print of that size will approximate an original painting/sketch. I am willing to pay $200 for this sketch if hardcopy, $150 if electronic. The project must be done in two weeks.
