Caricature illustration update of to Adobe Illustrator files.

Two Adobe illustrator files need to be updated.
The left character, bald caucasian, needs
1. to be updated with hair on his head and sideburns.
2. The shape of the head in both images needs to be more streamlined. To top of the head is too balloon like.
3. The collar of the business shirt on the side view needs to be proportioned properly.
4. Would like interchangeable smiles for the caucasian.
I want the updates to be of similar style to the original artist.
※ Do not increase the volume of the goatee or mustache.
※ Head hair should be similar in style to the real but more professionally business like.
※ All hair should be matching color.
It needs to look tidy and professional.
