Sketches of Retirement Village
Budget $30-250 AUD
I need 2 sketches of a retirement village to be built at 88 Murray Road, Willaston, South Australia.
You can see the land on Google Earth.
The property size is around 4000 sq metres.
The house in the North East corner will be retained with a little extra land around it, but the sheds and all the cars will go.
I also want to retain the trees.
So I'm looking for an elevated view from Murray Rd , showing 11 buildings.
10 buildings will be dwellings, and the 11th will be a common room for meetings, games, socialising, etc.
The average building size should be around 130 sq m, and they can be grouped in clusters of 2 or 3.
There must be undercover garages for one car attached to each dwelling + visitors car parking in a carport for up to 6 cars.
Other features:
All buildings must face East.
Show low maintenance landscaping.
Each building should have a bullnose verandah at the front, like this one:

Fences around each dwelling for privacy.
Some buildings can be duplexes, ie share a common wall.
The 2nd sketch will be an overall map/plan/2d layout of the development.
I don't need architect quality plans, just a rendition of y concept that looks very beautiful and attractive.
