Our factory’s HVAC automation runs on a Styrax Instruments PLC / controller network, and I’m ready to fine-tune it before full hand-over. The architecture is already in place, yet I still need focused help on the PLC/controller configuration so it operates flawlessly with our chiller loop and the rest of the HVAC plant. Key focus • Review the current Styrax program and hardware setup, then adjust parameters or logic that affect chiller control and feedback. • Verify every RS485 Modbus RTU link, confirm register maps, and make sure the PLC exchanges data cleanly with our BMS/SCADA front end. • Walk me through any code or register edits required to guarantee compatibility with the existing HVAC sequence of operation. • Remotely support start-up, testing, and commissioning; I’ll be on site with VPN and secure screen-sharing ready. Acceptance criteria 1. All chiller status, alarms, and set-points read/writable from the PLC and visible in SCADA without time-outs. 2. No CRC or framing errors on RS485 for 48 continuous hours. 3. Final controller logic documented and backed up in a version-controlled file sent to me in Styrax’s native format plus PDF printout.
