Here is what the role involves: • Identify the right decision-makers inside manufacturing MSMEs. • Reach out by phone, LinkedIn or email, introduce our recruitment solutions, and clearly explain the benefits they gain from an external hiring partner that specialises in shop-floor and middle-management talent. • Qualify interest, confirm hiring pain points, and lock in a calendar slot for me or my team. You do not have to quote pricing or detailed case studies; sharing a concise service overview and its benefits is enough at the first touch. I’ll supply talking points, an email template and a booking link—your job is to use them, keep notes on each interaction and hand over warm, interested prospects. Because success depends on cultural and market familiarity, I’m looking strictly for someone already based in India with a proven track record in recruitment sales. If you’ve previously sold RPO, staffing or HR tech to manufacturing plants, you’ll fit right in. Deliverable: a weekly spreadsheet (or CRM entry) listing each prospect approached, contact outcome and the meetings booked for the following week.
