I need a complete set of HR documents, fully compliant with the Ley Federal del Trabajo, that I can adopt immediately in my Mexican operation. First, I want an Internal Labor Regulation (Reglamento Interior de Trabajo) covering: • clear employee duties and obligations, • workplace conduct plus correct use of equipment, and • our compensation-and-benefits scheme. Second, an individual employment contract that mirrors the regulation and meets all statutory requirements. Finally, both documents must introduce a unified points system: every positive behaviour adds points, every infraction subtracts them, and accumulated points convert automatically into a quarterly bonus. Please structure the scale, infractions, rewards and calculation method so it can be uploaded later into our payroll or HR software.
