The core focus is the recruiter role itself—you will not be filling Software Developer positions directly, but rather acting as the in-house expert who sources, screens, and onboards the talent that our clients request. Because we operate in the tech space, you must bring solid technical knowledge of common IT roles and terminology. That insight lets you hold meaningful conversations with candidates and hiring managers alike, translating requirements into targeted searches and compelling outreach. Strong communication skills are equally important; much of your success will hinge on how well you craft messages, conduct interviews, and guide both clients and candidates through each stage.
