I expect you to: • Contact the HR or direct supervisor listed, following recognised screening best practices • Obtain written or stamped confirmation that the person actually worked there, including exact start and end dates and the position held • Capture any additional remarks the employer is willing to share on overall performance or re-hire eligibility • Compile a brief, well-structured verification report in English, attaching any documentary proof (email screenshots, signed letters, or company-stamped forms) Discretion, accuracy, and respect for local labour laws are critical.
