Entry-Level HR Assistant Wanted

I’m looking for an energetic entry-level HR Assistant who can keep our people-operations running smoothly. Your day-to-day focus will move between three key areas: • Recruitment – drafting and posting job ads, screening résumés, scheduling interviews and keeping our candidate tracker updated. • Payroll management – gathering timesheets, checking data accuracy, entering figures into our payroll software, and preparing the final file for finance every pay cycle. • Employee engagement – maintaining our HRIS records, pulling simple reports, rolling out short engagement surveys and following up on action items. You’ll work largely in Microsoft Office (Excel for tracking, Word for letters) alongside our cloud-based HR management and payroll platforms, so prior exposure to any mainstream HRIS or payroll software will help you hit the ground running. Clear, confidential communication and tidy record-keeping are essential. I’ll need a concise weekly update summarising completed recruitment steps, payroll status, and any engagement insights.
