We're hiring a recruiter for our customer service department. Your role would be to source qualified customer service, IT Help Desk Agents, Quality Assurance Agents and trainers to build up and maintain our customer service team.
What is expected of you:

2. Expert level experience in customer success management, quality assurance or customer service trainiing.
3. Ability to formulate standards in recruiting
4. Assess our needs and meet targets.
10+ years experience in recruiting with a strong command of the english language and expert level experience with customer service.
