Job Description:
- Web-based GUI: Supervisors should be able to log in to the system via a web-based GUI to access the evaluations.
- Multi-user support: The system should allow multiple supervisors to log in to the system and perform evaluations.
- Access controls: The system should have access controls to ensure that only authorized users can access the evaluations.
- Security and data encryption: to protect user's data and sensitive information.
- Different evaluations for different groups: The system should have different evaluations for consumers and employees, but with the ability to change or add to the parameters/questions for each group's evaluation.
- Employee evaluation should also include date and a notes section.
- Consumer evaluation should also include date, time, and place where the incident occurred and the staff’s response at the time.
- Tracking changes over time: The system should allow supervisors to track changes for each consumer or employee over time.
- Reporting and analytics: The system should have reporting and analytics capabilities, to show the data in a meaningful way and extract insights from it.
- Responsive design for different screen sizes and devices.
- This will be added to an existing website. Hosting and server are already in place.
