We are developing a Wordpress & Woocommerce website that sells urns.
We are carrying out the build of the website, however we are needing help in setting up the emails. The designs have been created in photoshop and will be supplied to the successful bidder. These designs are all very similar but with minor content changes.
As well as the emails that have been designed in photoshop, we would like the header/footer/background design to be applied to all of the standard emails that Woocommerce sends.
As well as the standard Woocommerce emails, we would also like the following features:
- A pdf invoice needs to be sent with the ‘Thank you for your order’ email. A plugin has been installed for this (Woocommerce PDF Invoices).
- When an order is completed, tracking number details need to be included in the email. Please use the installed ‘Woocommerce Order Tracking Premium’ plugin.
- Follow up emails need to be sent to clients a few weeks after their purchase, asking for a review. These will be sent using the plugin ‘Woocommerce Follow Up Emails’.
- When a cart is abandoned an email needs to be sent to the client - this will also be done using the plugin ‘Woocommerce Follow Up Emails’.
The website also has an error when an order is placed. I have attached a screenshot - can this be looked into also.
All changes need to adhere to correct coding practices, with no overwriting of the current theme or plugins, to allow for future upgrades.
Please let us know how much it is for you to do the job, and how long it will take - we would like the work completed as soon as possible.
