We are an office furniture business that is looking to create an automated e-mail campaign.
We're looking for a highly experienced e-mail expert to advise, develop, execute on a new strategy. Our website is built on shopify and we have our contacts in Mailchimp. At this stage the only thing we do is an abandoned cart sequence.
Our buying cycle is between 6 months to 2 years, so we are looking to both speed this up or encourage existing customers to recommend us to others.
We require someone with experience working in B2B with a mixture of online and instore sales.
This project requires the following:
- Cart Abandonment Series
- New Customer Series
- Re-engagement Series
- Manual email campaigns and special promotions
- List segmentation
While we do like Mailchimp, we would be open to converting to Klaviyo if needed.
