DataBase connection

I am looking for someone with good experience with Dreamweaver CS4

This is a small simple project for the start of series of other projects.

O need someone that can help me to connect Dreamweaver version CS4

with existing database tables on hosting Server from Netfirms hosting firm.

the price $30 will be paid only after successfully testing the connection from Dreamweaver with Database tables.

Please only experience freelancers with Dreamweaver can only place a bid-proposal.

On the attached image you can see the screenshot of the Dreamweaver window where the credential for the database should be entered.
