I am looking for a virtual assistant to organize meetings for me in Outlook. I have the contact list of the names and the area for the meetings to be organised. It is making appointments with doctors. The assistant will be calling the reception to book an appointment with doctors; will only be speaking with the receptionist
The volume of meetings will depend on the location and how many clients are in each of those areas but they will need to make sure there is enough time between each appointment. Most likely between 3-5.
They will need to be able to speak very good English, or even English to be there first language
