Our firm has two web sites. The old one was created before I join the company and an agency we no longer work with set up the analytics. We can access the data but have no Admin rights on this account. We developed a new site that launched July 1. We want to keep both sites active because they have different content and domains - only our business location info is the same. Currently they are not lining to each other, but we want to determine best KPI's for whether they should and when or if we may be better off to retire the old site once the new site gains more rank/authority. We set up a new GA account to have analytics on the new site and also want to monitor the old site from this new GA account since we have Admin rights over it. And keep the old GA account the agency set up for the old site so we can still access data on it prior to July 1. We need help getting this set up properly along with setting up lead capture/conversion goals from organic efforts and to ensure the way we have them set up for our paid efforts is best/correct for both form fills and calls. We also need to have reports set up to automatically generate weekly and monthly that will help us compare the performance of each site and know how to make meaningful, data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
