Simple Windows Browser that makes <iframe> tags work

Job Description:
Build a Windows program (installable), simple Web browser, which renders a pre-defined site (single-page web app). This web app has various <iframe> objects within it; the browser identifies and fully renders these iframe objects within this web app page (as a separate browser page instance), to overcome iframe limitation. <iframe> tag has a significant limitation, so that most sites like Google, Facebook and many Saas provides will not render if they detect they're rendered in an <iframe>. The main reason for this browser program is to make links within the <iframe> tags work with full functionality.
