Convert a blogspot blog to a WP blog template from studiopress

We run the Danish food blog [login to view URL] based on a blogspot blog and we would like to migrate it to Wordpress and set it up at a specific theme: [login to view URL] We will purchase the theme ourselves and send the codes and files when the job begins. We are mainly concerned about loosing traffic and visitors not being able to enter the blog, so it's key to us that the migration is smooth and doesn't effect visitors. We don’t want to worry about .htaccess scripts, broken links, cranky search engines or empty feeds. And when all is completed we would like a SEO boost and complete SEO service check. And perhaps anything else that can boost the blog in google. We think that this pretty much covers the total task: Step 1: Firstly help us : Properly add our domain to the settings tab in Blogger. Right now it looks like we have a simple forward from our registrar/ domain name provider. we need to do this in the Blogger settings tab - then wait 2 months. THEN proceed with the move. We are nervous about getting this right, so this will be the first step of the job. Step 2: install the Genesis Child Theme from Studiopress called foodie add domain mapping to our blogger account create a new WP installation with all essential plugins o configure SEO plugin o configure backup plugin o configure contact form and add to a new page o configure basic links in navigation bar o add anti-spam plugins & configure o set up avatars, commenting options, and social networking auto-publishing options o set up sharing icons beneath posts o add editor and sidebar extensions to make them easier to use o configure permalinks to match the blogger permalinks o install the theme and adjust it so that its not to far from the old layout for the visiters. import all sidebar content, page content, links and everything. configure Google Analytic options, & Feedburner fix all permalinks from blogger – custom script add 301 redirects manually if needed, add forwarding to htaccess file add a javascript to forward readers from old site to new in case they have the old blogspot address still bookmarked (custom script) import all our images and make them fit in the right blogposts add our email address to our new domain, help us to fetch emails to our gmail.
