Raw HTML editor deletes links to CSS files

I have written an HTML code for an ebay listing template in dreamweaver. I am using a third party software to export my items to ebay where I pasted my HTML code into "Raw HTML Editor". That raw html editor for some reason deletes my links to css files. The following code is being deleted whenever I paste my html code into that editor:

<link rel="StyleSheet" href="[url removed, login to view]" type="text/css" media="screen">

<link rel="StyleSheet" href="[url removed, login to view]" type="text/css" media="screen">

</div>

</div>

This is the result I get when I switch to WYSIWYG editor:

<div id="cssParent"> </div>

The rest code with links to CSS files is being removed.

I need someone to tell me how to fix this code so it doesn't get deleted in raw html editor.

I am posting this as micro project since I don't know how much time it might take to fix this, but if you think it costs more than $10-30, you are more the welcome to tell me how much requires.
