This application needs to play video - which we have already implemented.
The change we have been asked for is to use ENCRYPTED video using the HTML5/w3c Encrypted Media Extensions (HTML EME) standard and the "Clear Key" encryption.
* Works fully offline
* Uses HTML/w3c EME standard
* Uses clearkey encryption
* Full sourcecode available
* Documentation on general approach
Any questions, just let me know.
To clarify as some of the developers who have put in bids seem to have ha trouble understanding.
The ONLY functionality required is to play a EXAMPLE video (which must be encrypted using "Clearkey") using the w3c HTML EME (Encrypted Media Extensions) in a way which works OFFLINE.
