I'm in need of a reliable personal assistant who can efficiently manage my time and communication. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Scheduling: Organize my calendar and set appointments per my preferences ensuring no overlap or conflict.

- Email and Correspondence: Manage my email inbox, respond to routine inquiries and flagging important emails for my review.

Beyond the usual:

Financial: Manage credit cards, monitor chequing accounts, proactively remind of upcoming payments, and ensure timely settlements.

Travel : Craft seamless travel itineraries, booking flights, hotels, and transportation. Secure visas and navigate logistics, ensuring worry-free trips.

Concierge: Book reservations at renowned restaurants, catering to specific needs and dietary preferences.

Logistics : Find reliable, vetted drivers when the designated one is unavailable.

Design: Partner with the entrepreneur to identify and connect with talented interior designers. Coordinate consultations, manage contracts, schedule visits, and oversee project completion.

Social Media:Build and maintain the entrepreneur's LinkedIn profile, crafting engaging posts and strategically expanding their network.

Content:Assist with all writing tasks, from emails and presentations to blog posts and website content.

Research: Conduct in-depth research on various topics, analyze data, and prepare reports to inform critical decisions.

Launchpad: Support the launch of Zovish, researching names, exploring registration options, and identifying potential competitors.

Ecommerce: Collaborate with an agency to design and develop a stunning e-commerce website for product sales (bottles, packaging, etc.).

And Beyond: Be prepared to tackle a diverse range of tasks as they arise, adapting to the entrepreneur's ever-evolving needs.

I'm flexible with the working arrangement. Both remote and on-site jobs are applicable. The working hours will be within the range of 10-20 hours a week. Excellent organizational skills, proficiency in email management and software usage for scheduling, great time management skills and high level of discretion are crucial for this role. Reliable, detail-oriented and highly organized individuals are encouraged to bid.
