Hi all, I have 15-20 clients with me, who are ready to be outsource their business to India. I am looking for companies who can offer me quality work combined with efficient performers in their team, willing to work for my clients. I have sales processes, market research processes, back end processes, collection processes, mortgage, etc. I can give out min of 5 seats to x number of seats depending upon your goodwill of the company plus how confident you are to take up process. I have worked very closely with my clients from the past 1 and half years, offering them the best service provider in the industry and have executed complex projects by connecting the right sources in the industry. So, if you are not a serious bidder or do not have confidence in executing the projects, please do not waste your time and mine. Anyways, here is the deal...!!! I can offer these businesses to a company or companies, who would convince me with their business moral at a meagre commission for myself. Here is what I have to offer : 1) Either, you can pay me certain percentage (legimate eg, 15%) of the total pay you'd receive from my clients every month. This is more like "pay as you go". However, please bear in mind that the percentage may vary from client to client depending upon the volume of the project and time duration. I have some clients, who can offer you business until you retire, provided that your performance as a company whole (if you know what I mean!!!) OR 2) You can pay me one time upfront fee and makes you the sole owner of the process after mutual agreement. Again, here, the fee will be decided on the following basis: i) The number of seats you can accomodate at the start. ii) The expected number of seats you may have in a 6 months time. iii) Client's agreed pay to the company - per hour per agent basis. - per agent per month. iv) Incentive structure v) Prior investment needed by as a service provider. vi) Time and duration of the process - whether it's seasonal or... - continous process. Some of my clients need to commence this project asap.
