This event is being created to celebrate the new second ice sheet at KalTire Place with a public offering that allows people to explore the new building and to experience the whole facility in a different way. Friday night local BCJHL hockey Home opener, Saturday is to feature Loverboy and Platinum Blonde rock concert , and Sunday a free to the public Farmers Market and live local musical talents. The event will take place September 7,8 and 9th with the Core focus on Headliner act Saturday. We will be attempting to sell 2500 tickets to this rock concert.

We need you to build a plan, identify all aspects of WHAT needs to be done WHEN and by WHO, and then we execute to accomplish our goal of selling out the event. We will expect a budget vs. actual spend and a detailed review of our plan. This information will help us understand who we influenced and how to do it again for the next event.
