Website with video material

Hello, My name is Jonathan Abbasi, and I am setting up a foot fetish website, and it will not contain nudity so it will not affect your work. I am a previous programmer, but since I have forgot a lot, and I was not exactly perfect at programming I seek a team of programmers or just one single programmer to help me build a video containing website. You will have to program, so that I can upload new videos to the site after your work is done, and you will have the opportunity to use wordpress or any program for help, I will not pay before you have made the website simply because I know a lot of people in here are not professionals. I need a website, which will contain videos, a bit like the design on [login to view URL] (warning the website is containing explicit content), with a pop up containing a warning before entering the site, or blurring the site until the consumer has picked "I accept". My website is a fetish website but not containing any nudity at all so if you are scared of a bit bare skin do not worry you are not going to see any.
