By this online quotation, We do not have to waste time to answer calls for the quotation and ect. We simply trying to send all the new customer online for quotation and booking. - We need the design to be improved and be more stylish - Simple and straight forward to the point (Our aim is to quote, book and pay less than 60 seconds!) - Automatic postcode finder. With this, customers can type their postcode and address will be displayed to them where they can click on their address for easier and faster experience. - Cities name should be able to be used instead of post codes but there should be a message display that is your rough quote. Postcodes needed for accurate quotation. - Once they book the size of the vehicle and pay for the service, There is no guess payment service. At the moment you must register to pay for a product or service which is not good for our customer. Some customers simply do not have time for registration. So we need to make sure they can pay it fast through fast payment. - Once they pay for product or services, There should be an email send out to US and the customer to Thanks them for using our services and also attach a PDF file of the invoice for them. It is very important that invoice automatically be attached to an email and send out to them and us right after payment is made. - We need something to enable us for increase and decrease the prices by %. for example increase the price for holiday period by 20% or something like this. 2nd - Once you place 2 postcodes for example (SW6 4HU and Ub6 8UJ) then there is no back or edit so If you made any mistake with postcodes. There should be edit or amend section throughout the whole process to make it easier to change or update anything needed whether if it's the vehicle size or date or postcodes errors. 3rd - if you use city names, for example london and portsmouth, there will be message displaying ( Delivery is in different island. So Fairy costy will be added). this has to be removed. 4th - Store page on the website, pictures are too big and unprofessional which need to be resize and be stylish 5th - storage cost calculator is faded away and not showing - It is in the About us page end of the page. 6th - Page must be mobile friendly and very easy to use by mobile to get quotes. At the moment it is very hard to use mobile for the quotations. 7th - At the middle of the page on the home page, There another section for getting a quote. This section is for house removal and other services we offer. We need this design to be upgraded as we not happy with the design. This section do not generate any price, It just collect the information. Then Must send us one copy and send one copy to customer then one of our team will get in touch with them to send them quotes. It has be stylish and easy to use with email confirmation. 8th - Some of the banners and pictures must be replace and make it more realistic. Overall we need all this be to be done + that we need you to bring up the speed of the website. We are fixing all these errors as we need to do marketing.
