small change advert for a hairdresser

i have attached two different adverts.

the advert in the red is the one i want the following changes made to

- remove the image of the curly girl on the right hand side and replace it with the image of the girl on the black advert

- copy the back ground from the back advert, the nice pattern and put it on the red adverts background

i then need this send to me in this size length 240mm x height 100mm with a 5mm bleed and in pdf

i need this done within within the first 1hour after rewarding
