need top part of template for my website to be similar to albar wordpress template my site is not wordpress at all and I do not want it converted to wordpress. I have one CSS file for my website you are to add the CSS there and you are to tell me what was modified and/or added for the following. Topbar and navigation change I will provide a sample site on what I am looking to alter my topbar and nav bar to be like it will be similar to albar wordpress theme but not exactly. Also the footer there will be only slight modifications there too.
